Early Career Guidance
Service Description
This service is designed for IMGs who are at least 6 months away from applying to a U.S. residency and is most impactful when started earlier in medical school or well before the application year. Through individualized mentorship, applicants receive strategic guidance to build a strong, well-rounded future ERAS application over time. During your meetings, your mentor reviews your CV and personal background to identify specific areas for growth and provides tailored recommendations on how to strengthen your future application from now. Guidance includes a comprehensive assessment of all components that will contribute to your future residency application, including discussion around how to build a well rounded and competitive CV, what opportunities to explore during medical school, USMLEs, away rotations and U.S. clinical experience, research, publications and more. Applicants have ongoing follow-up meetings every few months, to reassess progress, refine goals, and adjust their long-term strategy, ensuring continued development toward a competitive residency application. Who should use this service: Medical students or graduates early in their journey who want structured, longitudinal mentorship to maximize their competitiveness for U.S. residency. The earlier the start, the more impactful the mentorship can be. Contact us for pricing
