ERAS Application Review

Service Description

This service is designed for applicants who want focused, expert guidance on their ERAS application in a single mentoring session. The ERAS Application Review includes: 1. ERAS Application Guidance Session Applicants meet with their mentor over video to receive targeted guidance on building their ERAS application. This session may occur before or after the application is started, based on applicant preference. Mentors review the applicant’s CV and background and provide guidance on how to structure the application, what to include in each section, which experiences to highlight, and how to present strengths and IMG-specific experiences in a way programs can appropriately credit. If the application has already been completed, this session will include editing of the application. 2. Personal Statement Editing This service includes a one-time review of a completed personal statement. The statement is reviewed by the applicant’s mentor for content, structure, and alignment with the overall application, followed by editing by a second reviewer with expertise in writing and English. Who should use this service: Applicants in the current Match cycle who want expert, leadership-level input on their ERAS application but do not require multiple meetings or ongoing follow-up.
