The ERAS Application Review with Follow-Up includes: 1. Initial ERAS Application Strategy Session After ERAS opens and before the application is built, applicants meet with their mentor over video while sharing their ERAS screen. Mentors review the applicant’s CV and background and walk them through each section of the ERAS application, providing guidance on what to include where, which experiences to select, and how to highlight strengths and IMG-specific experiences so programs can appropriately credit them. 2. Final ERAS Application Review and Editing Once the application is completed, applicants meet with their mentor for a second session to review and edit the full ERAS application, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for submission. Any remaining questions regarding application strategy or presentation are addressed. 3. Personal Statement Editing This service includes comprehensive editing of a completed personal statement. The applicant’s mentor reviews the statement for content, structure, and alignment with the overall application, followed by a second round of editing by a reviewer with expertise in writing and English. Who should use this service: Applicants in the current Match cycle who want expert, leadership-level guidance on building and polishing their ERAS application, but do not require interview preparation or additional longitudinal support.
