Full Service Package

Service Description

This is our most comprehensive mentorship package and is designed for IMGs early in their medical training who want longitudinal, end-to-end mentorship from early career planning through residency application submission. The Full Service Package combines our Early Career Guidance mentorship with the Full ERAS Preparation Package during the applicant’s Match year, ensuring continuity of mentorship and strategy across every stage of the journey. What this package includes: Early Career Guidance Applicants meet with their mentor at regular intervals (typically every 3–6 months, based on preference) to reassess progress, refine goals, and update their individualized plan. Guidance focuses on developing a strong, well-rounded application over time, including strategic planning across all elements that contribute to future residency competitiveness. Full ERAS Preparation During the Match Year In the year of application, applicants receive our Full ERAS Prep Package, which includes comprehensive, mentor-guided support across: o Personal statement content strategy and editing o Guided ERAS application build and review (before and after completion) o Letter of recommendation guidance o Mock interview and interview preparation (Please refer to the Full ERAS Preparation Package section for detailed descriptions of each component.) Throughout the process, applicants work longitudinally with mentors who understand their full trajectory and can ensure that their hard work is presented clearly and effectively to residency programs so it is appropriately credited. Who should use this service: Medical students or graduates early in their journey—often several years before applying—who want structured, longitudinal mentorship and comprehensive support through both career development and the residency application process.
